If selected, you have 96 hours to submit your documents. Consider preparing digital copies of them ready to email – in case you are selected!
Complete the pre-application
You’ll be asked some initial questions: name, address, date of birth and contact details
Next you will have to verify your email via an invitation link – check your junk folder!
When you click the invitation link in your email you will be directed to your pre-application and asked to create a password then complete some more questions.
When you have completed each of the steps of the pre-application, click submit
You will receive a confirmation email that you have submitted your pre-application
If you don’t receive confirmation you have not submitted your pre-application. Check the steps in your account or reach out to customer service for help.
Selections
All eligible pre-applications are entered into monthly drawings on the second Monday of each month
If selected, you will receive an email asking you to submit eligibility documents
Submit your documents within 96 hours of receiving the email
Documents will be reviewed within 10 business days
If there are additional clarifications needed, you will receive email instructions and have another 96 hours to respond
You are responsible to check your inbox and respond within the program deadlines
If you are not selected, you will automatically be entered into the future monthly drawings
You won’t get money directly. Instead, you’ll show your rebate code to the retailer when you purchase your e-bike and the rebate value will be discounted from the total cost of the e-bike. You also need to show ID to prove the rebate is for you. Rebates cannot be transferred to other people. If your ID name doesn’t match your application name, reach out to customer service
